优化YAG荧光粉涂层配方和工艺,在传统球泡灯玻璃外壳内侧涂覆YAG荧光粉;蓝光LED芯片采用单坑板上芯片封装(COB),使蓝光芯片之间不存在光的相互吸收;选用塑料外壳,且其内部为铝制散热结构,结合高效非隔离驱动电源,优选LED芯片串联数量,制作出白光LED球泡灯。当LED芯片串联个数为30时,非隔离驱动电源输出电压为102 V,效率大于90%。在市电下,整灯光通量为212 lm,发光效率为91.95 lm/W。该灯外观新颖,能够通过玻璃外壳表面均匀出射白光,扩大球泡灯的发光角度,达到防眩光的目的。
