报告了２６６株病原性大肠艾希氏菌的分离鉴定，应用平板免疫溶血试验、Ｂｉｋｅｎ试验、兔肠结扎和乳鼠灌试验，检测ＥＴＥＣ－ＬＴ、ＥＴＥＣ－ＳＴ，阐述各方法特点并提示完善试验方法。ＥＩＥＣ以赖氨酸动力试验和双糖铁琼脂联用筛查，简化了传统的检测法，是一种实用、简易方法、值得推广。
