回顾了15年来我国企业竞争情报系统模型理论研究概况及其建设、运用的探索与困境;创立了多理论渗透,多方法并用的复合企业竞争情报系统(CCIS)模型;描述了基于外包给图书情报机构的企业竞争情报搜集子系统、基于分工合作的企业竞争情报分析子系统和基于区别服务的企业竞争情报服务子系统结构和工作流程;给出了CCIS的组织结构和管理结构框架。
It reviews the research overview of China’s enterprise competitive intelligence system model theory and the exploration and plight of its construction and application in the past 15 years. It has established a composite enterprise competitive intelligence system (CCIS) model based on multi-theory penetration and multi-methods. It also describes the CCIS model based on outsourcing to library information Organization’s competitive intelligence collection subsystem, enterprise competitive intelligence analysis subsystem based on division of labor cooperation, and enterprise competitive intelligence service subsystem structure and workflow based on difference service; and gives the organization structure and management structure framework of CCIS.
