为明确煤层注水过程中水分增值的变化规律,确定合理工艺参数,提高煤层注水效果,使用COMSOL4.3b2D开展煤层定压注水数值模拟,并使用SPSS软件对数值模拟结果进行逐步回归,建立了湿润范围关于注水压力、时间和水分增值的综合计算方程.研究结果表明:提高注水压力和时间能够扩大湿润范围,能使煤体的水分含量分布更加均匀;依据建立的综合结算方程和现场实际,并结合经验方法确定的综采工作面注水方案,实施之后粉尘浓度降低72%以上,吨煤瓦斯涌出量降低为原来的1/3左右,日均产量增加1倍左右.
In order to clarify the changing rule of water added value during waterflooding of coal seam, determine reasonable technological parameters and improve water injection effect of coal seam, COMSOL4.3b2D was used to carry out numerical simulation of constant pressure water injection in coal seam. The results of numerical simulation were stepwise regressed using SPSS software, The comprehensive calculation equation of water injection pressure, time and water added value shows that increasing the water injection pressure and time can expand the wetting range and make the distribution of water content more uniform. Based on the established comprehensive settlement equation and the actual situation in the field, The water injection scheme for fully mechanized coal mining face, which is determined by experience, has been reduced by more than 72% after the implementation of the project. The gas emission per ton of coal is reduced to about one third of the original and the average daily output is doubled.
