目的肾上腺髓质素(AM)是一种具有血管舒张活性的多肽物质,可降低肺动脉高压.本研究通过观察慢性低氧大鼠肺内AM及其受体(AMR)的表达情况,探讨AM在低氧性肺动脉高压发病中的作用.方法将20只Wistar大鼠分为对照组和实验组,实验组10只大鼠采用常压低氧处理3周建立肺动脉高压模型.采用右心导管法测定大鼠平均肺动脉压(mPAP);应用图像分析仪检测肺小动脉壁增厚情况;以β-actin的表达作为内标,用逆转录聚合酶链反应测定大鼠肺内AM和AMR的表达情况.结果与对照组大鼠相比,低氧3周后大鼠出现明显的肺动脉高压,肺小动脉壁增厚和右心室肥厚(P
