选择山东省克山病病区患者,并以3组人群为对照,检测红细胞、血清、尿液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和含量。结果显示,克山病患者红细胞内SOD活性、含量较非病区人群低下,血清3种SOD活性及血清、尿液SOD含量程度不同的高于非病区人群。此表明克山病患者体内存在自由基代谢紊乱和组织细胞膜的损伤。病区正常人SOD活性、含量具有同克山病患者相似改变。提示病区致病因素仍存在,应继续加强克山病的监测和预防。
The patients in Keshan disease ward of Shandong province were selected, and the activity and content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in erythrocytes, serum and urine were detected by the three groups of people. The results showed that SOD activity in erythrocytes of Keshan disease patients was lower than that of non-disease patients, and SOD activity in serum and serum SOD in serum and urine were higher than non-disease patients. This shows Keshan disease in patients with free radical metabolism and tissue cell membrane damage. Ward normal SOD activity, content with Keshan disease similar changes. Tip ward pathogenic factors still exist, should continue to strengthen the monitoring and prevention Keshan disease.
