在生物质涡旋燃烧试验台中利用颗粒物分级取样技术,通过改变核心区的燃烧温度来研究木屑涡旋燃烧模式下的小颗粒排放特性。研究结果表明:木屑涡旋燃烧生成的亚微米颗粒可占总飞灰的质量比的57%~75%;亚微米颗粒的元素组成主要取决于燃料特性中盐相组分(K、Na、Cl、S)的浓度;中等粒径颗粒(PM_(1~10))中含浓度较高的盐相组分以球状颗粒为主;粗飞灰颗粒(PM>10)以多孔纤维结构状颗粒为主,未燃残炭含量相对较高;升高燃烧温度可促成亚微米颗粒与中等粒径颗粒排放。
In the biomass turbo-combustion test bed, the grading of particulate matter was used to study the small particle emission characteristics of woodchip vortex combustion mode by changing the combustion temperature in the core area. The results show that the submicron particles generated by eddy combustion of wood chips can account for 57% -75% of the total fly ash mass fraction. The elemental composition of submicron particles mainly depends on the composition of the salt phase (K, Na, Cl , S). The middle-sized particles (PM_ (1 ~ 10)) mainly contain spherical particles with high concentration. The coarse fly-ash particles (PM> 10) The main and unburned residual carbon content is relatively high; raising the combustion temperature can promote submicron particles and medium particle size emissions.
