目的:观察中西医结合治疗复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为2组各50例,治疗组予中西医结合治疗,对照组予单纯西药治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后主要症状体征积分变化,并进行临床疗效评定。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.0%,对照组为66.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组症状体征总积分均较治疗前下降,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组在改善白带量、色质、阴部瘙痒灼热、阴道黏膜症状、外阴皮肤、口苦纳差方面优于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病疗效肯定。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases, the treatment group to Integrative Medicine, the control group to Western medicine alone. Before and after treatment, the changes of the main symptoms and signs of two groups were observed, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: The total effective rate was 94.0% in the treatment group and 66.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the total score of symptoms and signs in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment, with significant difference (P <0.05). After treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in improving leucorrhea, color quality, genital itching burning, vaginal mucosal symptoms, vulvar skin, and oral compatibility. The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis with traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective.
