目的探讨内皮素在消化性溃疡发病中的作用。方法本文采用放免法测定了56例胃十二指肠溃疡患者、10例健康人血浆及组织中的ET—1含量和其与溃疡面积的相关性.结果在各溃疡组血浆ET—1的浓度与正常组比较均增高。溃疡活动期,血浆ET—1浓度与正常组比较明显增高P>0.01,疤痕期浓度降至正常。溃疡边缘粘膜组织ET—1的含量明显高于自体正常粘膜组织及对照组粘膜组织中的含量。且粘膜组织中ET—1的含量与溃疡面积呈显著性正相关(r=0.8575,P>0.05)。结论本组试验结果提示,内皮素在消化性溃疡发病机制中可能是一个重要的介质。且与病情的演变有着密切的关系。
Objective To investigate the role of endothelin in the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer. Methods The radioimmunoassay method was used to determine the content of ET-1 in 56 cases of gastroduodenal ulcer and 10 cases of healthy human plasma and its correlation with ulcer area. Results The concentrations of plasma ET-1 in all ulcer groups were higher than those in normal group. Ulcer activity, plasma ET-1 concentration was significantly higher than the normal group P> 0.01, the scar phase decreased to normal. The content of ET-1 in mucosal ulcer margin was significantly higher than that in autologous normal mucosa and control mucosa. The content of ET-1 in mucosal tissue was significantly and positively correlated with ulcer area (r = 0.8575, P> 0.05). Conclusion The results of this group of experiments suggest that endothelin may be an important mediator in the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer. And the evolution of the disease has a close relationship.
