目的:探讨核磁共振成像在脑梗死中诊断的临床效果。方法:选取2011年4月至2014年5月在我院接受治疗的100例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行核磁共振及CT检查,观察两种诊断方法的诊断结果。结果:核磁共振成像检查的大病灶检出率为96.77%,小病灶检出率为97.37%,明显优于CT检查(P<0.05);核磁共振检查检出病灶时间(0.35±0.34)d明显优于CT诊断(P<0.05)。结论:核磁共振成像在脑梗死诊断中具有显著的临床诊断价值,能够有效提高病灶检出率,为患者的临床治疗提供依据,值得推荐使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from April 2011 to May 2014 were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent MRI and CT examinations. The diagnostic results of the two diagnostic methods were observed. Results: The detection rate of major lesion was 96.77% and the detection rate of small lesion was 97.37%, which was significantly better than that of CT (P <0.05). The time of MRI examination was (0.35 ± 0.34) d Better than CT diagnosis (P <0.05). Conclusion: Magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction has a significant clinical diagnostic value, which can effectively improve the detection rate of lesions, provide the basis for the clinical treatment of patients, it is recommended.
