目的初步掌握深圳市大鹏新区蚊虫种群构成、密度情况,为蚊媒的防控提供科学的依据。方法在不同生境,于2016年3月至2017年2月采用诱蚊灯法监测成蚊密度,对捕获的成蚊进行分类鉴定。于2016年5-10月,伊蚊专项监测采用诱蚊诱卵器法和布雷图指数法。结果共捕获成蚊2 019只,平均蚊密度为9.35只/灯,致倦库蚊为优势蚊种(86.1%),其次为三带喙库蚊(5.1%)、白纹伊蚊(5.4%),民宿成蚊密度(15.17只/灯)最高,蚊密度季节消长呈双峰型;平均诱蚊诱卵指数为(MOI)为6.33,不同生境类型伊蚊密度不同,旅游景点布雷图指数(18.17)、房屋指数(10.58)、容器指数(32.49)最高。结论深圳市大鹏新区民宿成蚊密度、旅游景点布雷图指数相对较高,应加大对蚊媒的监测和防控。
Objective To master the population structure and density of mosquitoes in Dapeng New District of Shenzhen City for the first time to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of mosquito vectors. Methods In different habitats, the density of adult mosquitoes was monitored by the mosquito lamp method from March 2016 to February 2017, and the catches of adult mosquitoes were classified and identified. From May to October 2016, the mosquito-specific ovitrap method and the BretSea index method were used to monitor Aedes mosquito. Results A total of 2 019 adult mosquitoes were captured, the average mosquito density was 9.35 / lamp, Culex quinquefasciatus was the dominant mosquito species (86.1%), followed by Culex tritaeniorhynchus (5.1%), Aedes albopictus (5.4% ). The mosquito density of mosquitoes in residential area was the highest (15.17 / light) and the mosquito density was bimodal. The average MOI was 6.33. The density of Aedes mosquito was different in different habitat types, 18.17), housing index (10.58) and container index (32.49). Conclusion The adult mosquito density of Miaodong New District in Shenzhen and the Brettiuca tourist attraction index are relatively high, mosquito detection and prevention and control should be increased.
