目的:评价高度近视患者通过晶体超声乳化联合多焦点人工晶体植入后的视觉质量。方法:高度近视患者行小切口超声乳化术,植入多焦点人工晶状体(MIOL)24只眼,单焦点人工晶状体(SIOL)44只眼;手术6个月后观察两组的术后裸眼远、近视力,最佳矫正后的远、近视力,最佳视远度数矫正下的近视力,脱镜情况,主观眩晕感、畏光感及夜间视力障碍等视觉不良症状。结果:术后6个月,MIOL组与SIOL组裸眼近视力、最佳矫正远视力下的近视力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MIOL组脱镜率91.67%明显优于SIOL组54.55%(χ2=6.544,P<0.05);两组主观眩晕感、畏光感差异无统计学意义,两组均无夜间视觉障碍。结论:MIOL植入治疗高度近视,可为患者提供较好的全程视力和良好的视觉质量,显著减少了术后对框架眼镜的依赖。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the visual quality of patients with high myopia after phacoemulsification and multifocal intraocular lens implantation. Methods: The patients with high myopia were treated with mini-incision phacoemulsification, 24 eyes were treated with multifocal intraocular lens (MIOL) and 44 eyes were treated with single focus intraocular lens (SIOL). After 6 months of operation, Near visual acuity, far and near vision after best corrected, near visual acuity with best corrected distance of vision, visual acuity symptoms such as subjective dizziness, photophobia and night vision disorders. Results: At 6 months after operation, there was significant difference in myopia between MIOL group and SIOL group (P <0.05), and the rate of 91.67% in MIOL group was significantly better than SIOL group % (χ2 = 6.544, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in subjective dizziness and photophobia between the two groups. There was no nighttime visual impairment in both groups. Conclusions: MIOL implantation for the treatment of high myopia, can provide patients with better full vision and good visual quality, significantly reducing the postoperative dependence on the framework of glasses.
