随着改革开放的力度不断加大,市场经济的激烈竞争,商业秘密在企业发展中占据越来越重要的地位,但由于各种原因,我国目前商业秘密立法散乱,且大多为原则性规定,操作性不强,保护范围过小且处罚力度不够,不能有效的保护商业秘密权利人的利益,通过对商业秘密不足的研究,尝试提出一些建议,以期对我国商业秘密立法有所帮助。
