目的:探讨持续质量改进在妇科腔镜器械管理中的应用效果。方法:对2014年3月~2015年2月200例腔镜手术进行回顾性分析。总结器械的术前准备、术中使用、术后保养的要点及注意事项,分析并提出规范可行的管理方法,总结术前、术中仪器故障发生率,术后仪器维修率及医生满意度。结果:实施持续质量改进100例手术,术前手术器械故障为0,手术器械完备率为100%。术中手术器械故障2例,完备率为98%。术后手术器械故障10例,故障率10%。10例故障器械维修率为100%。改善手术器械的管理制度后,手术器械得到及时的保养和维修,大大降低了器械严重故障发生率,延长了器械的使用寿命,减少了资源损失,医生满意度大大提高(P<0.01)。结论:持续质量改进能有效降低术前、术中器械故障发生率,提高术后故障仪器及时维修率,不仅可延长器械的使用寿命,大大减少资源损失,而且可提高医生满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of continuous quality improvement in the management of gynecologic endoscopic instruments. Methods: From March 2014 to February 2015, 200 cases of endoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Summarize preoperative equipment preparation, intraoperative use, postoperative care points and precautions, analysis and put forward a standardized and feasible management methods, summarizes the preoperative and postoperative instrument failure rate, postoperative instrument maintenance rate and doctor satisfaction. Results: The implementation of continuous quality improvement of 100 cases of surgery, preoperative surgical equipment failure was 0, the completeness of surgical instruments was 100%. Intraoperative surgical instruments in 2 cases, the complete rate was 98%. Postoperative surgical equipment failure in 10 cases, the failure rate of 10%. 10 cases of fault instrument repair rate of 100%. After the management system of surgical instruments was improved, the surgical instruments were promptly maintained and repaired. The incidence of severe mechanical failures was greatly reduced, the service life of the instruments was prolonged, the resource loss was reduced, and the satisfaction of doctors was greatly improved (P <0.01). Conclusion: Continuous quality improvement can effectively reduce the incidence of preoperative and intraoperative equipment failure and improve the timely maintenance of postoperative failure instruments, which can not only prolong the service life of equipment, greatly reduce resource loss, but also improve doctor satisfaction.
