基金和保险本是两种不同的理财产品,银行工作人员在为客户办理业务时由于未认真核对和充分沟通,致使客户误购产品,导致金融消费纠纷。可见,加强银行业消费者权益保护工作的确迫在眉睫近年来,各家商业银行不断加大产品创新力度,以满足客户多元化需求。与此同时,因误导销售引起的各种纠纷屡见不鲜。
Funds and insurance are two different types of wealth management products. Bank staff members fail to conscientiously check and fully communicate when handling business for customers, causing customers to mis-purchase products and cause financial consumer disputes. Therefore, it is indeed urgent to strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of the consumers in the banking industry. In recent years, commercial banks have been continuously increasing their efforts in product innovation to meet the diversified needs of customers. At the same time, disputes caused by misleading sales are not uncommon.
