目的:应用经皮黄疸测试仪和ADVIA1800全自动生化分析仪对120例新生儿胆红素进行测定,评估经皮胆红素仪在早期预测新生儿高胆红素血症的应用。方法:对120例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿应用NJ33婴幼儿经皮黄疸测试仪进行检测,同时与ADVIA1800型全自动生化分析仪测定血清总胆红素作对照。结果:无论前额或颧弓部或胸部的经皮胆红素值(Tc B)监测均与血清胆红素呈线性相关。结论:Tcb测定无创伤性,操作简单,结果可靠,尤其适用于动态监测,对监测和诊断高胆红素血症具有实用价值。
Objective: To evaluate the application of transcutaneous bilirubin in the early prediction of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia by using percutaneous jaundice tester and ADVIA1800 automatic biochemical analyzer in 120 cases of neonatal bilirubin. Methods: 120 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with NJ33 infant percutaneous jaundice tester for detection, and the same time with the ADVIA1800 automatic biochemical analyzer serum total bilirubin as a control. RESULTS: The transcranial bilirubin (Tc B) monitoring of the forehead or zygomatic arch or chest was linearly correlated with serum bilirubin. Conclusion: Tcb is noninvasive, simple to operate and reliable. It is especially suitable for dynamic monitoring and has practical value in monitoring and diagnosing hyperbilirubinemia.
