目的:研究茉莉花叶总黄酮提取工艺的优化。方法:采用乙醇浸提法提取总黄酮,考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、温度、提取时间四个因素的影响,并在波长358 nm处测定茉莉花叶总黄酮的量,采用(33)正交试验法进行优选提取工艺。结果:茉莉花叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺为每次提取2.5 h,提取温度70℃,料液比1:60(g/ml),乙醇体积分数60%,产率约为1.907%。结论:试验结果表明优选出的提取工艺产率较高、方便可靠。
Objective: To study the extraction of total flavonoids from jasmine leaves. Methods: Total flavonoids were extracted by ethanol extraction. The effects of ethanol volume fraction, solid-liquid ratio, temperature and extraction time were investigated. The total flavonoids content of jasmine leaf was determined at 358 nm. Test method for the preferred extraction process. Results: The optimal extraction process of total flavonoids from jasmine leaves was extraction time of 2.5 h, extraction temperature of 70 ℃, solid-liquid ratio of 1:60 (g / ml), ethanol volume fraction of 60% and yield of about 1.907%. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the extraction process has the advantages of high yield, convenient and reliable.
