目的:探讨彩超在胎儿畸形产前诊断中的应用效果,为孕妇选择胎儿畸形产前诊断方法提供参考依据。方法:随机性选取2014年5月至2014年12月期间在我院接受产前检查的130例孕妇作为研究对象,采用二维彩超对130例孕妇实施胎儿畸形诊断,并与分娩结果进行比较。结果:产前诊断结束后对130例孕妇进行跟踪随访,经分娩后证实130例孕妇中,有22例胎儿畸形。采用二维彩超诊断,共21例确诊为胎儿畸形,临床诊断准确率为95.5%。采用二维彩超诊断胎儿畸形的准确率与分娩结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:二维彩超诊断胎儿畸形,诊断准确率高,可作为临床产前筛查胎儿畸形的首选方法。
Objective: To investigate the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation, and to provide a reference for prenatal diagnosis of fetus with fetal malformation. Methods: Randomly selected 130 pregnant women undergoing prenatal examination in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2014 as the research object. Two hundred and seventy pregnant women were diagnosed with fetal malformation by two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and compared with the delivery results. Results: 130 cases of pregnant women were followed up after prenatal diagnosis, and confirmed 130 cases of pregnant women after birth, 22 cases of fetal malformations. Using two-dimensional ultrasound, a total of 21 cases were diagnosed as fetal malformations, the clinical diagnosis accuracy was 95.5%. There was no significant difference in the accuracy of using 2DE to diagnose fetal malformations and delivery results (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of fetal malformations, the diagnosis of high accuracy, can be used as clinical prenatal screening of fetal malformations of choice.
