随着经济的迅速发展,财务预算管理越来越成为行政事业单位加强行政管理的重要手段。建立健全财务预算管理制度,发挥预算管理在行政事业单位财政计划中的作用,成为行政事业单位的首要任务。本文分析了当前行政事业单位财务预算管理存在的问题、优化预算管理的必要性和加强预算管理的措施。
With the rapid economic development, financial budget management has increasingly become an important means of strengthening administration by administrative institutions. Establishing and improving the financial budget management system and giving full play to the role of budget management in the financial planning of administrative institutions have become the primary task of administrative institutions.
