山东经贸职业学院综合档案室成立于2008年12月,多年来,综合档案室认真贯彻落实《档案法》、《档案法实施办法》以及《山东省档案条例》、《高等学校档案管理办法》,注重硬件建设,实行规范管理,加强基础业务,重视开发利用,推进信息化管理,使学校档案工作逐步建立并完善起来,现已形成行政、党群、教学、学生、科研、设备、产品、出版物、基建、外事、财会、特载等12种档案门类,文件材料收集齐全完整,按照档案管理标准规范分类、整理、归档,做到了组卷合理,保管期限划分准确,卷内文件排列有序,卷内目录清晰,案卷标题明确,装订整齐规范,案卷排列科学,为促进学院工作发挥了重要作用。下面,笔者结合学校档案工作实际情况,就一些有益做法与档案界同仁分享:

The documents are organized rationally, the storage period is divided accurately, , A clear directory of volumes, a clear title of the case, a well-bound standard, and a docket arranged in a scientific manner have played an important role in promoting the work of the college.
