租赁作为一种重要的经济手段,在促进相关产业发展过程中占有非常重要的地位,是我国经济发展和企业融资需求的必然选择,目前我国租赁业体系已经基本形成,但在发展过程中尚存在一些问题。本文从租赁的基本概念和理论出发,结合中国的国情分析我国租赁业的现状,对租赁业发展过程中的问题提出了解决措施,并展望了中国租赁业的发展前景。
As an important economic measure, leasing plays a very important role in promoting the development of related industries. It is an inevitable choice for China’s economic development and corporate financing needs. At present, the leasing industry system in our country has basically taken shape, but it still exists in the development process some problems. Based on the basic concepts and theories of leasing, this paper analyzes the status quo of China’s leasing industry with reference to China’s national conditions and puts forward solutions to the problems in the development of the leasing industry. It also looks forward to the development prospects of the leasing industry in China.
