当前,在我国社会保障城乡二元分割的现状下,社会阶层结构的不合理,城乡二元经济结构的不合理直接阻碍了我国社会保障城乡一体化的进程。因此,需要通过加快城市化的进程,改变社会阶层结构,扩大中间阶层比重;加快经济发展,缩小地区经济差异,改变城乡二元经济结构等措施,加快社会保障城乡一体化建设的进程。
At present, under the current situation of the dualism of social security in urban and rural areas in our country, the irrational structure of social strata and the unreasonable dual economic structure in urban and rural areas have directly impeded the process of social security in urban and rural areas in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the process of urbanization by accelerating the process of urbanization, changing the structure of social strata and expanding the proportion of the middle class; accelerating economic development, narrowing the regional economic disparity and changing the dual economic structure in urban and rural areas.
