当前我国的初级卫生保健工作面临着两个新的情况:一是“初保”达标活动被取消了;二是市场经济对“初保”工作的影响。“初保”工作今后到底还搞不搞,如何来搞,现在不少地方放松了“初保”工作,很多同志产生了初保工作不再深入进行的想法。笔者认为,现阶段初保工作不仅不能放松,还要加强。为什么要在中国农村实施初级卫生保健? 除了要履行中国政府所承诺的国际义务外,更重要的是要维护我国9亿多农民的健康权利,保护农村劳动
At present, China’s primary health care work is faced with two new situations: First, the “primary insurance” compliance activities have been cancelled; second, the impact of market economy on “primary insurance” work. “Initial insurance” work is still not done in the future, how to do it, and now many places to relax the “primary insurance” work, many comrades have produced the idea that the primary insurance work is no longer in-depth. The author believes that at this stage, primary insurance work can not only be relaxed but also strengthened. Why should we implement primary health care in rural China? Apart from fulfilling the international obligations promised by the Chinese government, it is even more important to protect the health rights of more than 900 million peasants in our country and protect rural labor.
