以盆栽花椰菜为研究对象,在温室开展滴灌水增温处理(2、4、6℃)对花椰菜生长、生理、产量和营养品质的影响研究。结果表明:增温处理花椰菜株高、茎粗和叶片数增加;生长旺盛期,4℃和6℃增温处理叶片叶绿素相对含量增加(P<0.05),增幅分别为13.7%和22.0%;4℃和6℃增温处理花球产量增加(P<0.05),增幅分别为20.5%和26.6%;4℃和6℃增温处理花球氮、磷含量增加(P<0.05),氮增幅分别为8.4%、14.5%,磷增幅分别为25.0%、36.7%;2、4、6℃增温处理,花球铁含量降低(P<0.05),降幅高达50.2%~83.1%;增温处理花球钾、锌和钙含量增加,但未达差异显著水平(P>0.05);增温处理根干重增加。
The effects of drip irrigation with water (2,4,6 ℃) on the growth, physiological, yield and nutritional quality of cauliflower were studied in potted broccoli. The results showed that the plant height, the stem diameter and the number of leaves of cauliflower increased with increasing temperature. The relative content of chlorophyll increased with increasing temperature (4 ℃ and 6 ℃) (13.7% and 22.0%, respectively) (P <0.05), the increase rate was 20.5% and 26.6%, respectively. The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus increased (P <0.05) and the increase of nitrogen in flower buds at 4 ℃ and 6 ℃ (P <0.05), and the decreasing rate was as high as 50.2% -83.1%; the temperature increase treatment rate was 8.4%, 14.5% and P increased by 25.0% and 36.7% The contents of potassium, zinc and calcium increased but did not reach the significant level (P> 0.05). The root dry weight increased with increasing temperature.
