由于胶凝材料等多种原因,C50混凝土预制方桩表面出现了许多大小不等的气泡,严重影响预制方桩产品外观。从微观角度对混凝土表面气泡形成机理、排出机理进行了分析,采取了在RY300高性能减水剂中加入优质消泡剂和引气剂,同时降低了混凝土粘度的措施,有效消除了预制方桩表面的大气泡,混凝土表面平整,达到清水混凝土标准,混凝土的力学性能也有较大提高。
