本文旨在探讨运动和Flor-Essence营养补剂干预对大鼠免疫功能的影响。将8周龄Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠随机分为6组:对照组、生理盐水+训练组、低剂量Flor-Essence+训练组、低剂量Flor-Essence组、高剂量Flor-Essence+训练组和高剂量Flor-Essence组。生理盐水+训练组、低剂量Flor-Essence+训练组和高剂量Flor-Essence+训练组大鼠每日在水箱中进行游泳训练,时间为35 min/天,每周训练6天,持续4周。低剂量Flor-Essence+训练组、低剂量Flor-Essence组、高剂量FlorEssence+训练组和高剂量Flor-Essence组每日训练前灌胃2.5(低剂量)或5 mg/mL(高剂量)Flor-Essence补剂,生理盐水+训练组灌胃同体积生理盐水。在第4周最后一天对所有大鼠进行一次性力竭运动,力竭后即刻处死,取动脉血用试剂盒测定血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量,取脾制备单细胞悬液测定自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)活性。结果显示,生理盐水+训练组大鼠血清IL-6含量低于对照组。与对照组相比较,低剂量和高剂量Flor-Essence组血清IL-6、IL-12和TNF-α含量降低,力竭运动时间增加。5 mg/mL Flor-Essence对于大鼠血清IL-6、TNF-α含量和力竭运动时间的改善作用要强于2.5 mg/mL Flor-Essence。与生理盐水+训练组相比,低剂量和高剂量Flor-Essence+训练组血清IL-6、TNF-α含量均降低,力竭运动时间增加;只有高剂量Flor-Essence+训练组血清IL-12含量显著降低,NK细胞活性显著增加。以上结果提示,Flor-Essence结合运动可以改善大鼠免疫功能和运动机能,且5 mg/mL浓度的作用效果要优于2.5 mg/mL。
This article aims to investigate the effects of exercise and Flor-Essence nutritional supplements on immune function in rats. Eight-week-old Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups: control group, saline + training group, low-dose Flor-Essence + training group, low-dose Flor- Essence group, high-dose Flor- Essence + High dose Flor-Essence group. The rats in the saline + training group, the low-dose Flor-Essence + training group and the high-dose Flor-Essence + training group were trained in the water tank daily for 35 min / day for 6 days a week for 4 weeks. Low-dose Flor-Essence + training group, low-dose Flor-Essence group, high-dose FlorEssence + training group and high-dose Flor-Essence group were orally fed with 2.5 or 5 mg / mL Flor-Essence Tonic, saline + training group gavage with the same volume of saline. All rats were subjected to a one-time exhaustive exercise on the last day of Week 4 and sacrificed immediately after exhaustion. Serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-12 (IL- 12) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were measured. The activity of natural killer cells (NK cells) was measured by single cell suspension preparation. The results showed that the serum IL-6 level in the saline + training group was lower than that in the control group. Compared with the control group, the serum levels of IL-6, IL-12 and TNF-αin the low-dose and high-dose Flor-Essence groups decreased and the time of exhaustive exercise increased. The effect of Flor-Essence at 5 mg / mL on serum IL-6, TNF-α, and exhaustive exercise time in rats was better than 2.5 mg / mL Flor-Essence. Compared with the saline + training group, serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevel of low-dose and high-dose Flor-Essence + training groups were decreased and exercise time was increased. Only high-dose Flor-Essence + training group serum IL-12 content Significantly decreased, NK cell activity increased significantly. The above results suggest that Flor-Essence combined exercise can improve the immune function and motor function of rats, and the effect of 5 mg / mL concentration is better than 2.5 mg / mL.
