用超声心动图法对24名力量性专业运动员、33名正常人及21名慢性压力超负荷心脏病患者进行了研究。结果发现:运动心脏组及心脏病组的心脏形态结构指标均显著大于正常心脏组,心脏病组更为显著,且泵功能及心缩功能指标几乎均不低于正常心脏组,甚至有超常现象;而心舒功能指标心脏病组全部均显著低于正常心脏组,运动心脏组也大部显著低于正常心脏组而向心脏病组倾斜。据此认为:(1)肥厚型心脏的高排量,不能除外病理心脏高代偿期的可能性。(2)以“心肌肥厚”为主要特征的肥大型运动心脏与以“大容积”为主要特征的大容积型运动心脏一样,均存在其生理-病理阈限的现实可能性。
Twenty-four strength professional athletes, 33 normal subjects and 21 patients with chronic stress overload heart disease were studied by echocardiography. The results showed that the indexes of heart shape and structure of exercise heart group and heart disease group were significantly higher than those of normal heart group and heart disease group, and the indexes of pump function and cardiac systolic function were almost not lower than those of normal heart group, ; Heart function group heart function index were all significantly lower than the normal heart group, most of the exercise heart group was significantly lower than the normal heart group and tilt to the heart disease group. Accordingly: (1) hypertrophic heart, high displacement, can not exclude the possibility of high compensatory pathological heart. (2) The hypertrophic exercise heart characterized by “myocardial hypertrophy” has the same realistic possibility of physiological-pathological threshold as the large-capacity exercise heart characterized by “large volume”.
