物料烘干是一个严重耗能过程。据统计在部分国家用于烘干的能耗占全国总能耗的5%~20%,而热效率仅为20%~60%,效率低下且带有一定程度的资源浪费以及环境污染等缺点。高温热泵烘干技术具有能源消耗低、环境污染小、烘干质量高、应用范围广等优点,烘干效果已被国内外各种试验研究所证明。文章主要从高温热泵烘干系统的特点及应用方面进行探讨分析。
Material drying is a serious energy consumption process. According to statistics, the energy consumption for drying in some countries accounts for 5% -20% of the total energy consumption in the country, while the thermal efficiency is only 20% -60%, which is inefficient and has a certain degree of waste of resources and environmental pollution. High-temperature heat pump drying technology with low energy consumption, environmental pollution, high drying quality, wide range of applications and other advantages, the drying effect has been a variety of experimental studies at home and abroad to prove. The article mainly explores and analyzes the characteristics and application of high temperature heat pump drying system.
