绝大多数中学的英语教师,感觉越来越累,学生越来越难教。学生也觉得英语难学,枯燥无味,兴趣越学越少。为了改变这种被动局面,本人对自己的英语教学工作进行了大胆的改革和尝试。这几年的实践证明:我的教学效果显著,本人也受到了领导的大力表扬和学生的一致认可。同时,我自己每天也不再那么疲惫,我重新找到了做英语教师的幸福感。下面我把本人的一些做法介绍如下,供大家借鉴。 The vast majority of secondary school English teachers, feeling more and more tired, the students more and more difficult to teach.
