1. Introduction Cold-drawn mandrel is one of the indispensable molds in the production of cold-drawn steel tubes. The quality of the cold-drawn mandrel is very poor. The utilization rate is of great significance to the quality, output and production cost of the steel tubes. At present, the cold-drawn mandrel used in various cold-drawn seamless steel pipe production plants in China has been using both traditional cylindrical (Su-type) and tapered (Chinese), or both with the use of floating mandrel. In order to improve the quality and utilization of cold drawn mandrel, a long time, some scientific research units, students
