目的研究羊角天麻Dobinea delavayi的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化,运用波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从该植物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为α-corymbolol(1)、β-corymbolol(2)、1β,6β-二羟基-桉叶烷-4(14)-烯(3)、麦角甾醇(4)、1-O-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖)-(2S,3S,4E,8E)-2-(2R-羟基-十六酰氨)-十八烷二烯-1,3-二醇(5)、1,2,3-(2E-十一烯酸)-甘油三酯(6)、二十六烷酸α-单甘油酯(7)、1-棕榈酸甘油酯(8)、1,1′-软脂酸乙二醇酯(9)、正三十四烷酸(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)、胡萝卜苷(12)。结论以上12个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Dobinea delavayi. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structure of the compounds was identified by spectral analysis. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from this plant and identified as α-corymbolol (1), β-corymbolol (2), 1β, 6β-dihydroxy-eucalyptol- 1-O- (β-D-glucopyranose) - (2S, 3S, 4E, 8E) -2- (2R- hydroxy- hexadecanoyl) -octadecadiene-1, 3-diol (5), 1,2,3- (2E-undecylenic acid) -triglyceride (6), hexacosanoic α-monoglyceride (7), 1- (8) 1,1’-ethylene palmitate (9), n-tetradecanoic acid (10), β-sitosterol (11) and daucosteride (12). Conclusion The above 12 compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
