受“863”计划信息获取与处理技术专家组委托,航空航天部科技司于1991年10月18日在南京航空学院主持了“逆合成孔径雷达信号处理”课题成果技术鉴定会议。参加会议的专家、教授一致认为:以南京航空学院朱兆达教授为首的逆合成孔径雷达(ISAR)科研组,经过三年多的努力,对逆合成孔径雷达信号处理中的两大关键技术——运动补偿和成像方法——取得了突破性的进展。
Entrusted by the “863” Program Information Acquisition and Processing Expert Group, the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics hosted the Technical Appraisal Meeting on the Results of “Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar Signal Processing” on October 18, 1991 at Nanjing Aeronautical Institute. Experts and professors attending the conference agreed that the research group headed by Professor Zhu Zhanda of Nanjing Aviation College, after more than three years of efforts, has studied the two key technologies of inverse synthetic aperture radar signal processing - the movement Compensation and imaging methods - a breakthrough has been achieved.
