肾复康为本校第一附属医院治疗肾小球肾炎的临床有效方剂 ,由雷公藤、黄芪、三七、益母草等药组成。通过参考Border方法复制了阳离子化小牛血清白蛋白 (C -BSA)致膜性肾小球肾炎大鼠模型 ,并观察了肾复康对该模型的药理作用。结果表明 ,肾复康可消除C -BSA肾炎模型大鼠尿蛋白 ,升高C -BSA肾炎模型大鼠血清总蛋白、白蛋白含量及白蛋白 /球蛋白 (A/G)比值 ,降低C -BSA肾炎模型大鼠胆固醇含量、血清肌酐和尿素氮含量 ,对肾功能具有保护作用。肾复康能抑制C -BSA肾炎模型大鼠血浆的血栓素B2 (TXB2 )含量的升高和 6-酮基 -前列腺素F1α ( 6-Keto -PGF1α)含量的降低。肾复康小鼠灌胃半数致死量 (LD50 )为 ( 174 .34± 36.74 )g/kg ,与雷公藤浸膏雌性小鼠灌胃LD50 的 ( 2 9.73± 6.4 6)g/kg和雄性小鼠灌胃LD50 的 ( 10 1.74± 10 .93)g/kg比较 ,肾复康复方中药对雷公藤具有一定的减毒作用
Renal rehabilitation is the first clinically effective prescription for glomerulonephritis in the first affiliated hospital of the university. It consists of Tripterygium wilfordii, Radix Astragali, Panax notoginseng, Motherwort and other drugs. The rat model of cationized bovine serum albumin (C-BSA) membranous glomerulonephritis was replicated by reference to the Border method, and the pharmacological effects of Renfukang on this model were observed. The results showed that Shenfukang could eliminate urinary protein in C-BSA nephritis rat model, increase serum total protein, albumin and albumin/globulin (A/G) ratio, and decrease C- The cholesterol content, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen content in rats with BSA nephritis have a protective effect on renal function. Renfukang inhibited the increase of plasma thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and the decrease of 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-Keto-PGF1α) in plasma of C-BSA nephritis rats. The median lethal dose (LD50) was 174.34±36.74 g/kg in mice with Renkowukang, and it was (2 9.73± 6.4 6)g/kg with male LD50 in mice fed with Tripterygium wilfordii extract. Compared with the (10 1.74± 10.93)g/kg gavage of mice fed gavage LD50, the kidney-rehabilitative Chinese herbs have a certain attenuating effect on Tripterygium wilfordii.
