职业教育的毕业生显示出了较高的就业率和就业竞争力,但也存在很多问题。我国当前学历式职业教育体系未能体现各层次人才培养规格上的差异。由于不同层次职位的任职资格要求高低不同,我国不同学历层次的职业教育在人才培养上应体现其层次性,首先要求培养目标上的差异化,在此基础上指导各学历层次的专业设置与课程设置,以避免其毕业生就业方向上的冲突,并适应我国刚刚提出的直达本科甚至研究生层次的职业教育体系建设。
