贵阳市中学生体育认知对有氧运动能力的影响

本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法。对244名进行过VO2max测试的贵阳市中学生,进行体育认知的问卷调查。结果:体育认知水平与具有相关关系,初、高中生体育认知与VO2max的相关系数分别为0.357和0.450。初中生VO2max及体育认知水平均高于高中生。结论:体育认知是影响贵阳市中学生有氧耐力水平的因素之一,要提高中学生有氧耐力水平,其体育认知能力的培养和树立不可或缺。 This article through the literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods. A questionnaire survey on sports cognition was conducted on 244 middle school students in Guiyang who had VO2max test. Results: The correlation between PE cognition level and sports cognition and VO2max was 0.357 and 0.450 respectively. Junior high school students VO2max and sports cognitive level were higher than high school students. Conclusion: Cognition of sports is one of the factors affecting the aerobic endurance level of middle school students in Guiyang. To improve the aerobic endurance level of secondary school students, the training of physical cognitive ability is indispensable.
