研究了为达到利润最大化的目标 ,各发电公司在电力市场中的经济运行问题。首先建立了含几个火电厂的发电公司经济运行问题的模型 ,模型中考虑了发电公司因为不能按交易结果发电时所必须承担经济扣罚的因素。然后给出了相应的算法 ,有效地求解了该问题。分析结果表明 :经济扣罚存在阈值 ,只有当经济扣罚大于该阈值时 ,对发电公司的行为才有约束力。应用此模型和算法编制的软件已应用于实际系统。算例表明 ,所提出的模型合理 ,算法有效
To study the goal of maximizing profits, various power generation companies have been operating economically in the electricity market. First, a model for the economic operation of power generation companies with several thermal power plants was established. The model considers the factors that must be assumed by power generation companies when they cannot generate electricity according to the results of the transaction. Then the corresponding algorithm is given to effectively solve the problem. The analysis results show that there is a threshold for economic deduction, and only when the economic deduction exceeds the threshold, it will be binding on the behavior of the power generation company. Software developed using this model and algorithm has been applied to actual systems. The example shows that the proposed model is reasonable and the algorithm is effective
