面部深度烧伤常涉及眼睑部的深度烧伤,尤其是伤后早期结膜高度水肿,不能还纳,甚至发生嵌顿。眼睑不能闭台,致使角膜长期暴露,导致溃疡及白斑,严重损伤视力,甚至造成失明。因此睑外翻早期修复,对保护眼部有重要意义。现将治疗体会介绍如下。临床资料我科从1980～1989年12月,共收治颜面烧伤673例,其中深度烧伤35例,男29例,女6例,年龄最小者6岁,最大52岁。烧伤 Deep facial burns often involve the depth of the eyelid burns, especially in the early post-traumatic conjunctiva highly edema, can not pay, and even incarcerated.
