广告行业是一个求新求变,具有创造力的行业,要求从业者具有较为扎实的专业基础和超强的创作力。近年来广告行业用人单位都十分看重应聘者的实践能力,这就对负责人才培养的高校提出了更高的要求,学生的实践能力从何而来?本文从作品“汇看”制度对学生实践能力培养的影响为出发点,简要叙述了高职广告专业作品“汇看”制度的必要性。
The advertising industry is a new and creative, creative industries, practitioners who require a more solid professional foundation and super creative power. In recent years, employers in the advertising industry value the practical ability of the applicants.
