乡镇卫生院绩效工资分为基础性绩效工资和奖励性绩效工资两部分,在开展卫生事业单位人事制度改革的基础之下,为深化医疗卫生人事制度和分配制度改革,乡镇卫生院实施绩效工资分配制度,不但能够加快卫生院建设的发展速度,同时还能够调动工作人员工作的积极性与创造性,提高医疗服务质量,提升乡镇卫生院综合实力、核心竞争力。文章结合厦门同安洪塘卫生院绩效工资分配的实施方案进行分析,并探讨绩效工资分配实施后的效果。
