李小溪,现任北京市海淀区人大代表,环保组织自然之友的成员,空军指挥学院退休教授。 在人大工作期间,曾经提交有关环保的议案35篇———《关于在全国师范院校开设环境教育课程的建议》、《关于促进城市生活垃圾管理和资源再生利用工作的几点建议》、《关于修改北京市“限养法”的建议》、《关于修改中华人民共和国野生动物保护法的议案》、《关于北京市餐饮业及商店禁止经营野生动物的建议》、《关于在城市中减少光污染的建议》、《关于限制使用人造仿真植物的建议》等。并多次写信给温家宝总理反映环保问题。
Li Xiaoxi, currently serves as deputies to the Haidian District People’s Congress in Beijing, member of the Friends of Nature in the Environmental Protection Organization, and retired professor of the Air Command Academy. And wrote many times to Premier Wen Jiabao to reflect on environmental issues.
