目的观察开塞露灌肠对治疗危重症患者胃肠功能障碍的疗效。方法采用随机分组法,将80例伴有胃肠功能障碍危重症患者随机分为常规治疗组(简称对照组)和常规治疗加开塞露灌肠组(简称观察组),观察两组患者肠鸣音恢复时间及排便时间。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复及排便时间均比对照组提前,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开塞露灌肠对促进危重症患者胃肠功能恢复,提高危重症患者抢救成功率起到一定的作用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Kaiseru enema on gastrointestinal dysfunction in critically ill patients. Methods 80 cases of critically ill patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into routine treatment group (control group) and conventional treatment plus ketorolac group (observation group) Tone recovery time and defecation time. Results The bowel sounds recovery and defecation time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Kaiseru enema can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in critically ill patients and improve the success rate of rescue in critically ill patients.
