目的加强消毒供应中心质量控制,为临床提供更加优质的服务。方法物品去污按六步骤加低泡多酶清洗液加碱性清洗剂进行清洗消毒,并加强物品质量检查及检测;管理上健全相关质量监测与控制制度,提高管理规范性和有效性。结果确保了所有物品的消毒灭菌质量,杜绝了因灭菌不彻底而导致医院感染的发生。结论通过落实一系列质量控制和检测措施,使消毒供应中心工作走向规范化.制度化的运行轨道,确保全院医疗护理安全。
Objective To strengthen the quality control of disinfection supply center and provide more excellent service for clinical application. Methods of decontamination by six steps plus low-foam multi-enzyme cleaning solution plus alkaline cleaning agent for cleaning and disinfection, and to strengthen the quality inspection and testing of goods; management, improve the quality of the relevant monitoring and control system to improve management norms and effectiveness. The result ensures the quality of sterilization of all the items and eliminates the occurrence of nosocomial infections due to incomplete sterilization. Conclusion Through the implementation of a series of quality control and testing measures, the work of disinfection and supply center will be standardized and institutionalized to ensure the safety of hospital medical care.
