采用SIMA工艺制备了7075铝合金半固态触变坯料,对不同温度、不同保温时间下的7075铝合金触变坯料的微观组织进行了观察分析。结果表明,在温度为600℃、保温时间为45 min时及在温度为615℃、保温时间为15 min时都可以获得良好的半固态组织。
The semi-solid 7075 aluminum alloy semi-solid thixotropy billet was prepared by SIMA process. The microstructure of 7075 aluminum alloy thixotropic billet under different temperature and different holding time was observed and analyzed. The results show that good semisolid microstructure can be obtained when the temperature is 600 ℃, the holding time is 45 min, the temperature is 615 ℃ and the holding time is 15 min.
