以唐山万达广场项目为例,分析了由此类项目运作管理模式所带来的在设计周期,技术方案,沟通流程等方面的特点、难点问题,提出了设计全过程的管理中应重点关注的问题和解决措施。
Taking Tangshan Wanda Plaza project as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties in terms of design cycle, technical solutions and communication flow brought by the operation and management mode of such projects, and puts forward that the management of the whole design process should pay more attention to Problems and solutions.
