目的:探讨复方蔷薇果黄酮制剂对2型糖尿病的治疗作用。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)制备高血糖大鼠模型,造模成功大鼠随机分为5组,分别为模型对照组、复方蔷薇果黄酮胶囊高、低剂量组、消渴丸组、正常对照组,连续给药12周后对大鼠血液指标进行检测。结果:用药初期复方组大鼠血糖升高速度较其他组缓慢,用药后期血糖下降明显,复方高剂量组尤为显著(P<0.01);复方给药组大鼠糖耐量各点血糖值及血糖变化速度均低于其他组,复方高剂量给药组尤为显著(P<0.01);复方给药组大鼠血清TG、TC、GHB水平明显降低,胰岛素含量较前显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方蔷薇果黄酮制剂能有效改善2型糖尿病动物模型胰岛素分泌,降低血糖、血脂等血液指标。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of compound rose hip flavone on type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: A rat model of hyperglycemia was induced by streptozotocin (STZ). The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model control group, high and low dose flavonoids capsules, Xiaoke Pill group , Normal control group, continuous administration of 12 weeks after the detection of blood indicators in rats. Results: Compared with the other groups, the fasting blood glucose in the compound prescription group was slower than that in the other groups, especially in the compound high-dose group (P <0.01). The blood glucose level and blood glucose level (P <0.01). The levels of serum TG, TC and GHB in the compound prescription group were significantly lower than those in other groups, and the content of insulin in the compound prescription group was significantly higher than that in the other groups (P <0.01). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Flavonoids of Compound Rose Flavonoids can effectively improve the insulin secretion in type 2 diabetes mellitus animal model and lower the blood parameters such as blood glucose and blood lipid.
