这是一堂初一历史课,30多岁的女教师丁某通过讲述、提问、板书、课堂作业等方式比较顺利地完成了“明末农民战争”的“传授任务”。课后交换意见时,听课者问:你觉得这一节课上得怎么样?答:讲得不够透彻,学生的积极还没有调动起来……。又问:能不能说说自己比较满意的地方?答:重点还是讲突出的,特别是关于明末农民战争的原因、经过等,自己结合挂图,有重点地作了讲解。听课者有意重复了一下女教师的话:哦,你觉得重点还是讲突出的,并且把“讲”字念得特别重。说缺点也罢,谈优点也好,女教师都离不开一个“讲”字。在她看来,上课就是讲课本,讲清楚、讲明白、重点讲突出,就是好的教学;否则,就是失败的。或许正是以此为依据,女教师对自己的历史课比较满意,如讲缺点,实在有些勉强,支支吾吾的,像是从牙缝里挤出来的;而讲优点,却脱口而出,充满了自信。
This is a first history lesson. Perhaps it is on this basis that female teachers are more satisfied with their own history lessons, such as speaking of shortcomings, which are somewhat reluctant to support me, like being squeezed out of their teeth; and speaking of merits, they blurt out and are full of confidence.
