国有食品行业的收购与销售联系着千家万户,经营的是鲜活商品,经营商品的货源直接受着农、牧、渔业生产力发展水平的制约。随着全面放开多渠道经营,国有食品企业收购、屠宰量逐年减少。目前,大部分冷库、肉联厂基本处于停产或半停产状态,设备闲置,企业亏损面继续扩大。如何发挥国有食品行业的主渠道作用,充分利用现有设施、设备、技术优势,足搞活国有食品企业,实现扭亏增盈所必须研究解决的主要课题。
The purchase and sales of the state-owned food industry are connected with millions of households, and they are running fresh commodities. The supply of operating commodities is directly constrained by the level of productivity of agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery. With the comprehensive liberalization of multi-channel operations, the purchases and slaughter of state-owned food companies have decreased year by year. At present, most cold storage and meat processing plants are basically in the state of production suspension or semi-discontinuation. The equipment is idle and the company’s loss side continues to expand. How to give full play to the main channel role of the state-owned food industry, make full use of existing facilities, equipment, and technological advantages to invigorate the state-owned food enterprises and achieve the major issues that must be solved in solving the problem of turning losses into losses.
