中外都面临严峻的未成年人团伙犯罪形势。但与国外及我国台湾、香港等地区相比,我国大陆地区对未成年人团伙犯罪的研究重视程度不足,研究方法落后,理论与实践存在脱节。加强未成年人团伙犯罪研究,是当前预防未成年人犯罪的客观需要,可以为司法实践和完善立法提供依据,还能丰富和发展我国的犯罪学理论。
Both China and foreign countries are facing a serious crime situation of gangs of minors. However, compared with foreign countries, Taiwan, Hong Kong and other regions, mainland China has paid insufficient attention to the research on juvenile delinquency, the research methods are backward, and there is a disconnect between theory and practice. Strengthening the research on juvenile delinquency crime is an objective need of preventing juvenile crime. It can provide the basis for judicial practice and perfecting legislation, as well as enriching and developing the theory of criminology in our country.
