本文认为,高负荷叶片组轴向危险振型种类逐渐增多,而现有的相似振型计算法仅适用于焊接拉筋叶片。因此,作者综合实验结果,提出了等截面卫带叶片组和焊接拉筋叶片组弯曲扭转轴向振动频率的新的计算方法。本文在分析计算方案和引入边界条件后导出了频率方程。方程在电子计算机上求解,解时引入频率比系数(?)来代替方程的根ζ,结果求得了(?)曲线供计算用。叶片嵌固弹性的影响用系数(?)来考虑。计算值与实验值最大差值不超过8~9%。因此,文中提出的叶片组轴向振动新计算方法在工程上是非常有效的。
In this paper, it is considered that the types of axial dangerous vibration modes in high-load blade group gradually increase, while the existing similar vibration mode calculation method is only applicable to welded lacing blades. Therefore, based on the comprehensive experimental results, the authors proposed a new calculation method of axial vibration frequency of bending torsion of the wiper blade set with the same section and the welding tensioning blade set. In this paper, the frequency equation is derived after analyzing the calculation scheme and introducing the boundary conditions. The equation is solved on an electronic computer, and the frequency ratio coefficient (?) Is introduced instead of the root ζ of the equation. The result shows that the? Curve is used for calculation. The effect of blade embedment elasticity is considered by the factor (?). Calculated value and the maximum difference between the experimental value does not exceed 8 ~ 9%. Therefore, the new calculation method of the axial vibration of the blade set proposed in this paper is very effective in engineering.
