目的:对金边瑞香的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶,ODS,Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对金边瑞香70%乙醇提取所得褐色固体析出物进行化学成分研究,并采用UV,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS,CD等光谱技术鉴定其结构。结果:从金边瑞香中分离得到10个化合物,经鉴定为荛花醇B(1)、山奈酚(2)、瑞香黄烷B(3)、瑞香黄烷D2(4)、瑞香黄烷A(5)、瑞香黄烷C(6)、瑞香黄烷D1(7)、瑞香黄烷I(8)、瑞香素(9),双白瑞香素(10)。结论:化合物1,2,4为首次从金边瑞香中分离得到,其中化合物1为首次从该属植物中得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Phyllanthus fragrans. Methods: The chemical constituents of the brown solid precipitates extracted from 70% ethanol from Phnom Penh were extracted by silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and analyzed by UV, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, MS, CD and other spectroscopic techniques Identify the structure. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from Ruixiang of Phnom Penh and identified as triclopran B (1), kaempferol (2), daphnetide B (3), daphnetide D2 (4) 5), daphnetide C (6), daphnetide Dl (7), daphnetide flavonoid I (8), daphnetin (9), and diterpene (10). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2 and 4 were isolated from the genus Phoebe for the first time, of which compound 1 was obtained from this genus for the first time.
